Ltd., a leading manufacturer of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems based in Bangalore, India. Established in September 1999, the company specializes in the manufacturing and deployment of advanced electrical power solutions across a wide range of industries. With a career spanning over three decades, Mr. Ajeet Srivastava has dedicated himself to the advancement of the Online UPS industry, bringing deep expertise in power electronics and energy systems. Since joining the board in April 2007, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and steady growth of Perpetual Power, helping the company emerge as a trusted name in reliable UPS infrastructure across India. He is (B.E.) degree holder; Mr. Ajeet Srivastava combines strong technical acumen with visionary leadership. Now in his late 50s, he continues to lead Perpetual Power in delivering efficient, customized, and environmentally responsible UPS solutions. His longstanding commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and global collaboration has not only strengthened the company’s presence in Pan India but also opened doors to international partnerships and overseas ventures.

She is an accomplished Indian entrepreneur and a seasoned Administration and HR professional, currently serving as the Director of Perpetual Power Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems based in Bangalore, India. Established in September 1999, the company specializes in the design, manufacturing, and deployment of advanced electrical power solutions across a wide range of industries. Mr. S. N. Murthy

He brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the Online UPS industry to his role as General Manager. He holds a Diploma in Electronics and has worked with several reputed multinational companies for 14 years, gaining deep expertise in power solutions. Mr. Murthy first joined Perpetual Power in 1996, where he made significant contributions to the company’s early growth. After a successful tenure in the MNC sector, he rejoined Perpetual Power in July 2020 and continues to lead with dedication, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
